Called a “tour de force that will leave you roaring” by the Los Angeles Times, comedian Michael Goldstrom is one of the most dynamic performers on the national stage. With his ability to morph from an African god to an African man, Michael translates the world into a multi-dimensional land of comedy that LA Weekly describes as “blisteringly funny.”
Covering all topics of life, death and even reincarnation, he captures the attention and imagination of an audience, leading the Hartford-Courant to call him “a truly engaging figure onstage.” His accent-laden, high-octane performances have brought comparisons to Robin Williams, Jon Stewart and Beyoncé.
Michael’s been seen on Comedy Central, HBO, NBC, ABC, A&E, ReelzChannel on and off-Broadway, in clubs and festivals on both the East and West coasts, and even in Walt Disney Concert Hall with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. He’s a graduate of the Juilliard School Drama Division, The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and Columbia University. Based in Los Angeles, Michael has two pilots and a feature film in development, and pursues his love of chocolate (the food) and classical piano.

Don't let the high acting pedigree fool you, Michael is an untameable force of nature. He is the only comic I know that is courageous enough and naturally funny enough to throw out his set on a whim and improvise for ten minutes. That takes balls of steel, my friends, or at least balls of some very hard composite metal.
