This Tipperary native started her comedy career in NYC where she lives. Fiona performs at clubs all over the city (NY Improv, The Duplex, Gotham, etc.)and as far a field as Maho Beach Resort St. Martin.She is a regular guest on the "Joey Reynolds Show", a nationally syndicated talk radio program. You can also see her at "Sundays at Seven", a monthly music/comedy show she co-produces at the Irish Arts Center which was part of the NYC Underground Comedy Festival. She was recently in the NY Improv Aspen/USCAF showcase. Her short film "ErectoStop" won "Most Outrageous Comedy" at the Giggleshorts Festival in Toronto and has played at the LA Intl. Short Film Festival, Asbury Short Shorts, Galway Film Fleadh, Kittyflicks 2003 (part of the CatLaughs Intl. Comedy Festival in Kilkenny). She was in St.Martin earlier this year taking her brand of Irish comedy to the Caribbean. Her solo show "Great White American Teeth" had a sold out run at the Midtown International Theater Festival and at The PIT as well as Women's Arts Festival, NJ and Estrogenius Festival in NY and was also considered the Aspen/USCAF. Most recently the show ran off-Broadway for 4 weeks at the Irish Repertory Theatre.Some of Fionas material was published in Judy Brown's comedy book "Loves Funny That Way" (Barnes & Noble 2006).
